Why is the combined non-return/safety valve producing a popping sound or draining on my GeoSpringTM Solar Water Heater?

Possible Cause: Pressure buildup caused by thermal expansion to a closed system.
What To Do: This is an unacceptable condition and must be corrected. See the installation instructions for a thermal expansion tank at the cold water inlet. Contact your local installer, plumbing contractor, or previously agreed upon service agency to correct this.
