What is error A125, Lower Element Error or Relay Stuck Closed?

Error A125 means the heating element or control board failed, the heater was disabled. The following steps can help you check the issue. 

1. Disconnect the power to the unit 
2. Check resistance on element per included Ohm Reading Chart 
3. If acceptable ohm reading is present, replace the board 
4. If ohm reading is not as it should be per included chart, replace the board
