What is error A200 on the Rheem Prestige heat pump water heater?

Error A200 means the ECO tripped and the heater was disabled. The following steps can help you check the issue.

1. Disconnect power to the unit.
2. Check elements from screw to ground.
3. Check resistance to thermistors.
4. If the issue is neither the elements nor thermistor, replace the board.
