The Zwell Community Fund™ is not a non-profit company, however, ALL proceeds in the fund are donated to Community Energy Project, which is a non-profit 501(c)3.

Zwell is a Washington-based Social Purpose Corporation. This means that we have embedded a social and environmental mission into the founding charters of the business.

Zwell was established with the idea, that a free market business has a major responsibility to improve its community.  That business— instead of being a means for directing wealth to a few — can be used to share resources equitably. And still maintaining the competitive edge that is so powerful for innovation and moving industries forward into the future. 

We are committed to maintaining transparency and accountability around our entire venture.
